妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇血液流变学变化及对胎儿发育的影响

目的:研究妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者血液流变学指标的变化,并分析其对胎儿发育的影响。方法:对159例正常妊娠和183例HDCP患者进行血液流变学检测,比较其血液流变学指标及对胎儿宫内发育的影响。结果:①妊娠高血压组与正常妊娠组相比,各指标之间无统计学差别;子痫前期组全血黏度、全血高切相对指数、全血低切相对指数、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、白细胞、红细胞、纤维蛋白原均显著高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01或P<0.05);血小板明显低于正常妊娠组(P<0.01);血浆黏度、血红蛋白在两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。②合并FGR的子痫前期患者全血黏度、全血高切相对指数、全血低切相对指数较无FGR的子痫前期患者显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),其余血液流变学参数在两组间无统计学差别(P>0.05)。结论:子痫前期患者全血黏度增高,血液浓缩,红细胞聚集性增加,可能影响胎儿新陈代谢的正常进行和生长发育。

The change of hemorheology and its effect on fetal development in women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy
