三维超声成像技术在胎儿产前诊断的临床应用价值

摘    要:目的评价三维超声成像技术在胎儿产前诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对427例中晚期高危妊娠的胎儿进行三维超声成像,成像模式采用表面成像、透明成像、多平面成像。结果三维超声表面成像可直观反映胎儿体表结构、立体形态以及相互间的位置关系,特别在胎儿头面部结构方面;透明成像模式则能显示胎儿体内骨性结构的连续性而不受其复杂曲率变化影响;多平面成像模式则对感兴趣区进行多角度观察,特别在胎儿脏器方面。结论三维超声可作为二维超声空间信息补充,但也存在某些局限性,二者结合有助于提高胎儿畸形的产前诊断率。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasonic technology in prenatal diagnosis. Methods 427 pregnant women were studied with 3D ultrasonography who were suspected having fetus defect on 2D images. The reconstruction methods included surface mode, transparent mode and multiplanar mode. Results Surface mode could clearly demonstrated the surface features of the fetus,especially in the fetal face. Transprarent mode could display the bony structures of the fetus, and their 3D images were not affected by their curvature. Multiplanar mode could view the region of interest from various directions, especially in fetus organs. Conclusion 3D ultrasonographic imaging can be used as the complement of 2D space information, but it still has some limitations, the two methods together will improve the prenatal diagnostic rate of the fetus malformation.
