超声心动图评价心脏同步化运动的研究进展

摘    要:
心脏同步化运动目前评价的方法很多,但是诊断标准不统一,临床实用价值未被肯定,本文归纳了超声心动图评价心脏同步化运动的几种模式:二维超声心动图、M型超声心动图、脉冲多普勒、多普勒组织成像、彩色室壁动态定量分析、实时三维超声心动图定量分析。认为,组织多普勒超声心动图在评价心肌不同步运动的部位、范围及程度方面具有重大作用,在评价左室整体收缩和舒张功能时推荐心尖四腔切面为最佳切面,二尖瓣环侧壁缘为最佳阶段。

Abstract:
There are many methods in assessing cardiac resynchronization. But the standards of diagnosis very. Clinical values are not yet affirmed. This article summarizes several models of assessing cardiac resynchronization with echocardiography : 2D-echocardiography, M-echocardiography, pulsed wave ( PW ) , tissue doppler imaging ( TDI), quantitative tissue velocity imaging ( QTVI ), 3 D-echocardiography. The author concludes tissue doppler eehocardiography plays a significant role. In assisting different parts sites and degrees of cardiac asynchronization. The 6-site average velocities of mitral annular could quantitatively assess the global systolic and diastolic function in CAD. The lateral site of mitral annulds obtained from apical four-chamber view was the optimal site for assessing global LV function.
