俞募配穴埋线治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

目的观察俞募配穴埋线法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法采用简单随机法,将92例患者分为两组,治疗组采用俞募配穴埋线法,针刺组采用俞募配穴针刺法,采用胃镜检查,结合患者临床症状、体征在1个疗程(4星期)结束后进行疗效观察。结果埋线组临床疗效优于针刺组。结论埋线组对于慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效,埋线组治疗能够缩短治疗周期,提高治愈率,亦可使患者的健康状况得到全面的改善及恢复。

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis by Catgut Embedding at Combined Shu and Mu Points

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of catgut embedding at combined Shu and Mu points in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Sixty patients were allocated by simple randomization to two groups. The treatment group received catgut embedding at combined Shu and Mu points and the control group,acupuncture at combined Shu and Mu points. Methods The therapeutic effects were evaluated according to gastroscopic findings,and the patients' symptoms and signs at the end of one treatment course (four weeks). Results The clinical therapeutic effect was better in the catgut embedding group than in the acupuncture group. Conclusion Catgut embedding at combined Shu and Mu points has a better therapeutic effect on chronic atrophic gastritis. It can shorten a therapeutic period,increase a cure rate,and improve and restore the patients' health. This treatment is clinically worthy of further popularization.
