| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑出血后并发肺部感染的相关因素。方法：脑出血后并发肺部感染１１７例,无肺部感染１９７例。两组均系同期住院患者。对资料进行Ｘ＾２检验。结果：经分析筛选意识障碍、假性延髓麻痹、血糖水平异常等为其并发肺部感染的相关因素,而脑出血急性期应高度重视肺部感染的防治。结论：脑出血并发肺部感染主要取决于患者的意识障碍和脑损伤的部位及程度。早期加以防治可改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relative factors for infection of the lungs after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:There were 177 patients with lung infection and 197 controls.All of them were inpatients with CVD in the same period.X2 text was used for the material.Results:The following four factors were associated with the lung infection ,coma pseudobulbar palsy,abnormal blood sugar,large volume of cerebral hemorrhage.It is important to prevent and treat the lung infection in acute cerebral hemerrhage.Conclusions:Infection in acute cerebral hemerrhage is correlated with the patients' state of consciousness,and with the location and degree of cerebral lesions. |
