| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨拇指按压三阴交穴对腹部术后尿潴留的影响。方法:90例腹部术后患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组46例,采用拇指按压三阴交穴位法,对照组44例,采用腹部热敷法,观察两种护理措施对腹部术后尿潴留排尿情况的影响。结果:治疗组的治疗效果有明显差异。结论:指压三阴交穴能有效地治疗腹部术后尿潴留。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the impact of the thumb pressing San Yin Jiao abdominal postoperative urinary retention.Methods: 90 cases of abdominal surgery patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,46 cases in which treatment group,using thumb pressure San Yin Jiao point method,the control group(44 cases),abdominal hot pack method,observation of two nursing interventions on the abdomen,urinary retention voiding.Results: The effect of the treatment groups were significantly different.Conclusion: The effect of pressure San Yin Jiao is significant. |
