| 摘 要： | 对60例患者的胃标本进行了银染色和免疫组化染色，探讨细胞核仁形成区相关嗜银蛋白（AgNOR）和增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）在胃癌及不典型增生中的表达。结果表明：胃癌组AgNOR和PCNA的表达明显高于不典型增生组和慢性浅表性胃炎组，而不典型增生组高于慢性浅表性胃炎组，差异均有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。结果提示，AgNOR和PCNA的表达异常，可用于临床判断良性病变与恶性病变的指标之一。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the expression of nucleolar organizer region-associated proteins(Ag-NORs)and prolif-erating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in gastric carcinoma and dysplasia tissues, 60 specimens and biopsies were ex-amined. Expression rates of the Ag-NoR and PCNA in gastric carcinoma group were higher than those in dys-plasia group and chronic gastritis group. The difference between these three groups were significant(P<0.05).The results suggest that the Ag-NOR and PCNA may be useful as an adjunct in screening patients with dysplasiaand chronic gastritis for early malignant change. |
