| Abstract: | In order to cope with the contradiction that it s difficult to see doctors in bigger hospitals while there are rare visitors in community health centers,bigger hospitals should take full advantage of their own resources,take multiple measures and implement them step by step,so as to provide necessary aids for the talents training in community health centers. |
