| 摘 要： | 维持器官保存期间移植物的活力,是器官移植成功的前提条件和根本保障。目前,单纯低温保存(cold storage,CS)仍是当前各大器官移植中心首选、最常用的保存方法。随着供体需求量的增加,越来越多的老年供体和边缘供体被用于临床,这对传统的器官保存方法提出了更高的要求。文中着重对器官保存的理论、病理生理改变以及器官保存技术等方面的最新进展进行综述。 |
