稀土元素对甘草愈伤组织生长及黄酮类化合物含量的影响

摘    要:稀土元素铕对甘草愈伤组织生长和甘草黄酮类化合物合成试验.结果表明,低浓度的稀土元素Eu3 对甘草愈伤组织的生物量积累和黄酮类化合物的生物合成有明显的促进作用.培养基中添加0.1 mg/L的稀土元素Eu3 ,愈伤组织的5种黄酮类化合物含量为对照的2.7倍,甘草素含量更达对照的4倍.

Abstract:The effect of rare-earth element Eu 3+ on callus growth and its flavonoids content in Glycyrrhiza uralensis was studied. The results showed that lower concentration of rare-earth element Eu 3+ could promote the callus growth and flavonoids productions. 0.1 mg/l Eu 3+ was the most suitable for the biomass accumulation of the callus and flavonoids biosynthesis. In that concentration flavonoids content was 2.7 times and liquiritigenin was 4 times as that of the control.
