中国国民脑血管疾病死亡分析

目的 了解我国城市与农村居民脑血管疾病的危害与死亡特点。方法 根据我国居民病死伤原因资料，对不同性别、年龄、年代，及不同国家地区的脑血管病死亡水平进行对比分析。结果 脑血管病为我国居民主要死因之一，占全死因死亡的20％左右；其中以脑出血死亡为主，城市和农村脑出血死亡分别占脑血管病死亡的61％和73％。男性脑血管病死亡率高于女性；脑血管病死亡率随年龄增加而增加。结论 1989年以来，我国城市居民脑血管病死亡率呈下降趋势，农村则呈上升趋势。

Death analysis on cerebrovascular diseases of Chinese

Objective To learn about the features of death due to cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Some comparisons were made based on death rates by cause,age,and sex among different sex,age,districts,countries,and years.Results Cerebrovascular diseases ranked first and second in rural areas and urban areas respectively in 2001,accounting for about 20 percent of all deaths.The amjority of cerebrovascular diseases were contributed by cerebral hemorrhage,which accounted for 61 percent and 73 percent of all cerebrovascular diseases deaths in urban areas and rural areas respectively.Death rates of cerebrovascular diseases were higher for male than for female,and the death rates increased with age.Conclusion Death rates of cerebrovascular diseases showed a downward trend since 1989 in urban areas,but went up in rural areas.
