针刺加耳穴贴压对混合痔术后镇痛的临床观察

目的观察针刺加耳穴贴压对混合痔术后的镇痛作用。方法选择混合痔术后要求镇痛（VAS在40～100mm）患者60例，随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用针刺加耳穴贴压，对照组选用口服尼美舒利分散片。分别在治疗前和治疗后30min、2h、6h、首次排便时以VAS评估患者术后的疼痛水平。结果治疗后30min、6h、首次排便时两组存在非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）：2h时两组存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论针刺加耳穴贴压可缓解混合痔术后疼痛，镇痛效果和持续性均优于口服尼美舒利分散片。

Clinical Study of the Analgesic Effect of Acupuncture plus Auricular Point Plaster Therapy After Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of acupuncture plus auricular point plaster therapy after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods Sixty patients who asked for analgesia after mixed hemorrhoid surgery （VAS 40~100 ram） were enrolled and randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture plus auricular point plaster therapy and the control group took nimesulide dispersible tablets. Pain severity was evaluated using VAS before treatment, at 30 min, 2 hrs and 6 hrs after treatment and at the first defecation. Results There was a very significant difference at 30 min and 6 hrs after treatment and at the first defecation （P〈0.01） and a significant difference at 2 hrs after treatment （P〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion Acupuncture plus auricular point plaster therapy can relieve the pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Its analgesic effect and the continuity are both superior to those of oral nimesulide dispersible tablets.
