| 摘 要： | 目的：分析鼻内镜下腺样体吸切术治疗腺样体肥大的疗效。方法：对58例腺样体肥大患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：58例患儿未发生严重并发症，术后随访2年，均未复发。结论：鼻内镜下腺样体吸切术治疗腺样体肥大效果较好，并发症少，复发率低，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the effect of adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope on adenoid hypertrophy.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinical datas of 58 sick children suffering from adenoid hypertrophy.Results: 58 sick children didn't have complication.Two-year follow-up showed no recurrence.Conclusion: Adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope is effective,and with few complication and low recurrence rate.It is valuable for clinical application. |
