摘    要:目的探讨特异AT序列结合蛋白1(SATB1)及环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测30例胃癌组织及30例癌旁组织中SATB1、COX-2的表达。结果SATB1、COX-2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为66.67%和46.67%,癌旁组织中的阳性表达率为0和10%,2种蛋白在癌组织中的阳性表达显著高于癌旁组织(P〈0.05);胃癌组织中SATB1、COX-2的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期及是否淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05),2种蛋白的表达均与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度无关(P〉0.05)。胃癌组织中SATB1与COX-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.52,P〈0.05)。结论SATB1和COX-2基因的表达与胃癌的发生和转移有关,二者具有协同作用。联合检测SATB1和COX-2蛋白的表达,有利于评估胃癌的生物学行为。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of special AT - rich sequence - binding protein ( SATB1 ) and cyclooxygenase -2 (COX -2)in human gastric cancer and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The expression of SATB1 and COX -2 in 30 paired samples of gastric cancer and cancer surrounding tissue were analyzed by immunohistochemistry (IHC). Results The expression rates of SATB1 and COX - 2 in gastric cancer were 66.67% and 46.67% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in cancer surrounding tissue [ The expression rates of SATB1 and COX -2 were 0 and 10% respectively (P 〈0.05) ]. The expressions of SATB1 and COX -2 in gastric cancer were correlated with invasive depth, TNM stage and tumor node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ), while they were both irrelevant to sex, age and tumor differentiation degree ( P 〉 0.05 ). The expression of SATB1 was positively correlated with the expression of COX - 2 in gastric cancer ( r = 0. 52, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of SATB1 and COX - 2 can be associated with the pathogenesis and metastasis of gastric cancer,and synergistic action is observed between the two. Joint detection may potentially serve as an indicator for assessing the biologic behavior in gastric cancer.
