降钙素原及C-反应蛋白在肺结核治疗中的意义

目的:探讨肺结核患者治疗前后血清降钙素原及C反应蛋白的变化及其临床意义。方法:应用化学发光法及免疫比浊方法检测30例活动性肺结核患者(实验组)治疗前后和24例非活动性肺结核患者(对照组)降钙素原及C反应蛋白的含量。结果:治疗前实验组血清中降钙素原及C反应蛋白的含量高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组血清中降钙素原的含量显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测肺结核患者血清中降钙素原及C反应蛋白的含量可以用于评价活动性肺结核的治疗效果。

Significance on Changes of Serum Procalcitonin and Creaction Protein in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis During the Treatment

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of serum procalcitonin （PCT） and C reaction protein （CRP）changes in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before and after the treatment. Methods： The study used photochemical method and immunoturbidimetry to detect the PCT and CRP levels in 30 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis before and after the treatment and 24 people with inactive pulmonary tuberculosis as the control group. Results ：he level of PCT and CRP in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis before the treatment was obviously higher than that in the controls （P〈0.05）.The content of PCT and CRP after the treatment in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis decreased obviously while compared with that before the treatment （P〈0.05） , Conclusion： It can be helpful for the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy to detect the content of PCT and CRP in pa- tients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
