静脉炎合剂的薄层色谱研究

目的：建立静脉炎合剂的薄层色谱（TLC）鉴别方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对静脉炎合剂中当归、红花、伸筋草、绵苹薜进行定性鉴别。结果：药材样品的TLC图谱中，供试品和对照晶在相同位置显示相同颜色的斑点，且阴性对照无干扰，方法重现性好。结论：所建立的鉴别方法操作简便，结果准确、可靠，符合医院制剂的快速检验要求，可作为本制剂质量控制的依据。

Study on Jingmaiyan Mixture with Thin Layer Chromatography

Objective： To establish the method for Thin Layer Chromatography （TLC） identification five medicinal materials of Jingrnaiyan （Phlebitis） Mixture. Methods： TLC was applied to identify Angelica Sinen- sis, carthami flos, Herbba Ephedra, Dioscoreae Spongiosae Rrhizome, and Ly~opodli Herba. Results： In addi- tion to make the rest of the four kinds of medicinal TLC map of Phramitis Rhizoma, and reference substance in the same position of county the same color of the spots, and the negative control no interference. Conclu- sion： The method established is simple operation, results are accurate and reliable, accord with the hospital preparations as pneumonia fast insl~eetion quality control basis, and can be used for the quality control of jingmaiyan Mixture＇ s basis.
