| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手法矫正治疗先天性马蹄内翻足患儿的护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结32例（44足）手法矫正治疗先天性马蹄内翻足患儿的护理经过。结果按先天性马蹄内翻足百分制标准评分，随防1—2年，优为28足（63．6％）；良为11足（25．0％）；可为5足（11．4％）。结论早期、正确实施矫正手法，配合佩戴矫型支具使用对先天性马蹄内翻足患儿康复起着积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the experience of nuring patients with congenital talipes equinovaras managed with manual correction. Method The experience of nursing 32 patients （44 feet） with congenital talipes equinovarus was summarized by retrospectively reviewing the clinical nursing data. Result Within 1-2 years follow up, excellent curative effect was achieved in 28 feet （63.6%）, better effect in 11 ones （25.0%） and moderate effect in 5 （11.4%）. Conclusion The early and correct diorthosis together with wearing orthotic braces plays an active role in rehabilitation of the children with congenital clubfoot. |
