甲状腺切除术后昂丹司琼、氟哌利多复合地塞米松预防恶心呕吐的效果

目的探讨昂丹司琼、氟哌利多复合地塞米松对甲状腺切除术后恶心呕吐的预防作用。方法选择气管插管全麻下择期甲状腺切除手术患者150例，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，随机均分为五组。在手术结束时，A组静脉注射地塞米松10mg；B组静脉注射氟哌利多2mg＋地塞米松10rag；C组静脉注射昂丹司琼4mg＋地塞米松10mg；D组静脉注射氟哌利多2mg＋昂丹司琼4mg＋地塞米松10mg；E组（对照组）静脉注射生理盐水5ml。观察术后24h内恶心呕吐发生情况。结果与E组比较，A、B、C、D四组恶心呕吐发生率、严重程度明显降低（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），其中D组恶心呕吐发生率最低。结论昂丹司琼、氟哌利多复合地塞米松可明显减少甲状腺切除术后恶心呕吐的发生。

Preventive effect of ondansetron,droperidol combined with dexamethasone on nausea and vomiting after thyroidectomy

Objective To study the preventive effect of ondansetron,droperidol combined with dexamethasone on postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing thyroidectomy. Methods 150 cases of ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ patients scheduled for selective thyroidectomy surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into five groups with 30 cases each. After operation,the patients received dexamethasone 10mg （group A）, droperidol 2mg ＋ dexamethasone 10rag （ group B）, ondansetron 4mg ＋ dexamethasone 10mg （ group C）, droperidol 2mg ＋ ondansetron4mg ＋ dexamethasone 10mg （group D） and normal saline 5ml （groupe E）. The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the 5 groups within 24h after operation was observed. Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in group ABCD were significantly lower than that in group E（ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. The incidence of nausea and vomiting in group D is the lowest. Conclusion The combined use of ondansetron, droperidol and dexamethasone can help reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting after thyroidectomy.
