摘    要:在单因素实验基础上,采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理优化提取溶剂甲醇的浓度、超声提取时间、超声功率和液料比.以连翘苷得率为响应值进行多元二次响应回归分析,得到连翘苷的最佳提取工艺条件为:甲醇浓度100%,超声提取时间27min,超声功率416 W,液料比12:1.回归模型预测最优条件下连翘苷得率为0.082%,验证值为0.080%,与预测值的相对误差为2.39%.

Abstract:Based on the single-factor experiments,four independent variables of ultrasonic assisted extraction for forsythin,which were methanol concentration,extraction time,ultrasonic power and the ratio of solvent to solid,were optimized by response surface analysis methodology(RSM).The experiments were arranged according to fourfactor-three-level Box-Behnken central composite experiment design.Multi-quadratic equation was established with the yield of forsythin as response values.The optimum conditions for forsythin obtained by RSM were as follows:methanol concentration 100%.extraction time 27 min,ultrasonic power 416 W and the ratio of solvent to solid 1 2:1.The predictive maximum extraction yield was 0.082%and the average experimental value was 0.080%.The relative error between them was 2.39%.
