HPLC法测定镇痛宁胶囊中阿魏酸含量

目的：建立镇痛宁胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：YMC-Pack C18（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（10：10：89），检测波长313nm，流速1．0ml·min^-1。结果：阿魏酸的回归方程为Y=4．70×10^6X-2．40×10^4（r=0．9998），线性范围为0．047—0．940μg。平均回收率为98．65％，RSD为1．28％。结论：本法操作简便，结果准确、可靠，可用于镇痛宁胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of Ferulic Acid in Zhentongning Capsules by HPLC

Objective： To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in Zhentongning capsules. Method： HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was YMC-Pack C18 （150 mm × 4.6mm,5μm）, the mobile phase was consisted of methanolacetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid （10：10：89 ） , the detection wavelength was at 313 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1. Result： Ferulie acid had a good linearity（ r = 0.999 8 ） within the range of 0. 047 -0.940μg, with its regression equation： Y = 4. 70 × 10^6X- 2. 40 × 10^4, and its average recovery was 98.65% （RSD = 1.28%, n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and accurate for determination of ferulic acid in Zhentongning capsules, which can be applied in quality control of this preparation.
