| 摘 要： | 观察施泰可治疗室性心律失常的疗效并与律失平对比。方法：随机选择３０例室性心律失常患者，应用施泰可治疗，２４例应用心律平治疗，用药前和用药后４周观察动态心电图变化，进行评价。结果施泰可组有效率为７３．７％，心律平组为７０．８％，两组均未出现严重副反应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the therapeatic effects of ventricular arrhythmia with sotalol and propafenone. Methods: 30 cases of patients with ventricular arrhythmia were randomly chosen and treated with sotalol and 24 cases were treated with propafenone. Changes of Holter were observed and assessed four weeks before and after taking drugs. Results: The effective rate was 73.7% and 70.8% respectively in sotalol and propafenone treatment group. There were no significant side effects among two groups. Conclusion: The effective rate of treatment of ventricular arrhythmia with sotalol is a little higher than that with propafenone but there are no significant difference between the treatment effects of two drugs. |
