电视胸腔镜手术在胸部疾病诊断和治疗中的应用

目的：探讨电视胸腔镜手术（ＶＡＴＳ）在胸部疾病诊断和治疗中的作用。方法：１９９６年９月以来选择性的开展了电视胸腔镜手术２３例，其中肺大泡５例，自发性气胸７例，肺结核球４例，肺良性肿瘤３例，纵隔肿瘤２例，局限性结核性脓胸及恶性胸膜间皮瘤伴恶性胸水各１例。结果：２３例手术均成功，ＶＡＴＳ手术创伤小，失血量少，手术时间短，病人痛苦轻，恢复快，缩短了住院日，无并发症发生。结论：ＶＡＴＳ诊断和治疗胸部部分疾病是一种安全、有效、微创的方法。

Application of video assisted thoracoscopic surgery for diagnosis and treatment of chest diseases

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of video assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) in the diagnosis and treatment of chest disease. Methods: 23 cases were selected to perform VATS from september 1996. Among them spontaneous pneumothorax due to pneumatocele in 12 cases; tuberculoma in 4 cases; pulmonary benign tumors in 3 cases; encapsulated empyema and malignant pleural mesothelioma in 1 case respectively. Results: VATS is minimal injurious with a little loss of blood, short time of operation, and the patients underwent less sufferings, and recovered more rapidly. Spend less time in hospital with out postoperative complications in our cases. Conclusion: Video assisted thoracoscopic surgery is suitable for the diagnosis and treatment for some of the thoracic diseases and is effective, safe and imposing minimal injury.
