Abstract: | A 76-year-old man with lymphoma involving cervical and mediastinal lymph nodes and abdomen was treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. He subsequently developed cytomegalovirus gastritis and gastric ulcers with a gastrocolic fistula and a jejuno-jejunal fistula, necessitating a partial gastrectomy. The pathogenesis of cytomegalovirus gastritis and its complications are discussed. |
