手术室对骨科外来器械实施无缝隙护理管理的经验及效果

目的探讨手术室对骨科外来器械实施无缝隙护理管理的经验及效果。方法选择200例次骨科外来器械作为研究对象,分为两组,各100例次。观察组实施无缝隙护理管理,对照组实施常规管理,比较两组出现器械相关问题以及护理相关问题的情况。结果观察组的器械质量问题、器械数量不符、器械与手术使用不符及术后感染的比例显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的术后清洗不干净、错记和漏记的比例显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论无缝隙护理管理能有效提高外来器械使用率,减少护理差错事件。

Experience and effect of implementation of seamless nursing management on exotic instruments for orthopedic in operating room

Objective To explore the experience and effect of implementation of seamless nursing management on exotic instruments for orthopedic in operating room. Methods 200 cases with orthopedic exotic instruments were selected and divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.The observation group was given seamless nursing management,the control group was given general management.The device-related issues and care related issues in two groups was compared. Results The proportion of equipment quality problems,quantity discrepancy,equipment and operation using inconsistent,postoperative infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The proportion of no clean,accounting mistakes and accounting omission in the observation group after operation was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Seamless nursing management can effectively improve the utilization of foreign equipment and reduce nursing errors events.
