优质延续护理在出院脑卒中患者中的应用效果

目的探讨优质延续护理在出院脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年11月-2013年8月的32例脑卒中患者作为对照组,2013年9月-2014年2月的35例脑卒中患者作为观察组。对照组按常规进行出院指导,观察组在对照组的基础上进行优质延续护理。比较两组的MBI评分、患者依存性和满意度。结果观察组出院1个月的MBI评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组出院3、6个月的MBI评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组的依存性显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组的患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论优质延续护理模式能够提高患者的日常生活能力、依从性及服务的满意度。

Application effect of extended high quality nursing in stroke patients after discharged from hospital

Objective To explore the application effect of extended high quality nursing in stroke patients after discharged from hospital. Methods 32 patients with stroke from November 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the control group,35 patients with stroke from September 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine discharge instruction,the observation group was given extended high quality nursing on the base of the control group.The score of MBI,the dependence and the degree of satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results The score of MBI discharged from hospital 1 month in the observation group was significantlyhigher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of MBI discharged from hospital 3,6 month in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The dependence of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The degree of satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Extended high quality nursing can improve activities of daily living,the dependence and？the degree of satisfaction in stroke patients after discharged from hospital.
