偏头痛患者血浆5-羟色胺与脑血流速度变化的相关性研究

摘    要:目的研究偏头痛患者血浆5-羟色胺(5-Hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)与脑血流动力学变化的相关性。方法将72例偏头痛患者根据是否治疗分为两组,未治疗组29例,治疗组43例,选取35名同期健康体检者作为对照组,测量三组血浆5-HT浓度、颅内动脉血流速度,分析大脑中动脉(MCA),大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、椎动脉(VA)及基低动脉(BA)速度与5-HT的相关性。结果偏头痛组5-HT水平高于对照组(P〈0.05),未治疗组5-HT高于治疗组(P〈0.05);除了BA,偏头痛组各动脉血流速度均快于对照组(P〈0.01),未治疗组MCA、VA血流速度均显著快于治疗组(P〈0.05);5-HT浓度与MCA(r=0.4282,P〈0.05)、VA(r=0.5782,P〈0.05)的收缩期血流速度呈正相关。结论偏头痛患者5-HT升高可能是引发血流速度变快的原因,临床应加大重视。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation of plasma 5 - HT to the changes of velocity of cerebral blood flow of patients suffering migraine. Method 72 patients with migraine were divided into two groups. 29 patients were administered without any treatment while the other 43 patients were administered with treatment. 35 healthy volunteers in the meantime were chosen as the control group. The plasma 5-HT concentration of the three groups and the cerebral artery blood flow velocity of these groups were first measured. The correlation of the middle cerebral artery (MCA), anterior cerebral artery correlation (ACA) , posterior cerebral artery (PCA) , vertebral artery (VA) and the base low arterial (BA) rate and to the 5-HT was then analyzed. Findings The 5-HT levels of the groups with migraine was higher ( P 〈 0.05). The 5-HT of the untreated group was higher than that of the treated group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; In addition to BA, the migraine artery blood flow velocity of each group was faster than that of the control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The untreated group's MCA and VA bloodstream were faster than those of the treated group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Pearson correlation analysis showed that 5-HT concentration and MAC ( r = 0 4282, P 〈 0.05. ) , VA ( r = 0. 5782, P 〈 0.05 ) positive correlation of Vs. Conclusion An increase of 5-HT level of patients with migraine is a potential cause of faster blood flow.
