摘    要:目的分析影响早产儿贫血程度的围产期因素。方法将86例贫血早产儿根据贫血程度分为轻、中度贫血组69例,重度贫血组17例;调查分析影响早产儿贫血程度的围产期因素,并对危险因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果早产儿贫血严重程度与胎龄、出生体重、出生时血红蛋白值、2周内采血量、疾病有关(均P〈0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析发现2周内采血量、住院时间、感染是早产儿重度贫血的独立危险因素(均P〈0.05)。结论影响早产儿贫血程度的因素复杂,临床应减少医源采血量,缩短住院时间,并积极控制早产儿感染。

Abstract:Objective To obtain scientific knowledge of the perinatal factors that affect the degree of anemia in premature children. Method 86 preterm children diagnosed as cases of anemia were divided into two groups for study, namely, group A ( n = 69) of patients with moderate symptom of anemia and group B ( n = 17) of children with sever symptom of anemia, according to the degree of anemia each group were experiencing. Examining the perinatal factors that may affect the degree of anemia in premature children. Logistic regression analysis of risk factors was then conducted. Findings The degree of anemia was found to be correlated to such variables as gestational age, birth weight, birth hemoglobin value, the volume of blood within 2 weeks, and the diseases the subjects experienced. Logistic regression analysis showed that the volume of blood within 2 weeks, duration of hospitalization, infection in premature children with severe anemia were independent risk factors. Conclusion The factors affecting the degree of anemia in premature children are complex. Clinical doctors should reduce the amount of blood sources, shorten the patients' hospital stay, and actively control the infection in premature children.
