盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床观察

目的观察盐酸米诺环素局部治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法随机将22例牙周炎患者共44颗患牙分为试验组和对照组,均进行牙周基础治疗后,实验组用盐酸米诺环素软膏缓慢注入牙周袋,每周1次,共4周;对照组采用碘甘油,观察基线、第4周牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)的变化。结果治疗4周后2组均有好转,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素是治疗牙周炎安全、有效地局部治疗药物。

A clinical study of minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of minocycline hydrochloride on chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 88 teeth of 22 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.After basic treatment the test group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride putting in the pocket once a week for 4 weeks,while the control group with iodoglycerin.At the base-line level,the indexes such as gingival index(GI) and probing depth(PD) were all observed on the 4th week.Results The status around the tested teeth in the test group were improved,which was better than that of control group after 4-week treatment.The therapeutic effect of minocycline hydrochloride was better than that of iodoglycerin.The statistic difference could be observed(P<0.05).Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride is the effective and safe topical remedy for periodontitis.
