| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在婴幼儿复杂型先天性心脏病(CHD)诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术证实的17例婴幼儿复杂型CHD的MSCT表现,并与超声心动图(ECG)对比研究。结果 17例婴幼儿复杂型CHD经手术确认共82处畸形,心内畸形35处,心外畸形47处,MSCT、ECG对心内畸形诊断的准确率为94.3%和97.1%;对心外畸形的诊断准确率为97.9%和61.7%,总的诊断准确率为95.1%和76.8%。结论 MSCT是诊断CHD的可靠检查方法,弥补了ECG对心外畸形诊断的不足,有助于手术方案制定及术后随访。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice CT in infants with complex congenital heart disease.Methods The MSCT data of 17 infants with complex CHD of the operation confirmed were analyzed retrospectively and compared to the ECG.Results The MSCT data of 17 CHD with operation confirmed a total of 82 malformations,In 35 intra cardiac malformations,the accuracy of MSCT and ECG were 94.3%,97.1%respectively.In 47 extra cardiac malformations,the accuracy of MSCT and ECG were 97.9%,61.7% respectively.Conclusion MSCT is credible technique for diagnosing CHD,it fetchesup the shortage of ECG to diagnosis extra cardiac malformation.And it may give the helpful information to make the right decision on the procedures and decrease the perioperative mortality. |
