安徽省全科医师岗位培训满意度的调查分析

摘    要:目的了解安徽省全科医师岗位培训学员对培训的满意度,探讨岗位培训中存在的问题,为开展全科医学人才培养提供依据和对策建议。方法采用自填式问卷调查方法,以参加安徽省全科医师岗位培训的学员为调查对象,采用按比例分层随机抽样,共抽取1 000人为调查对象。调查内容包括学员基本信息及其对岗位培训的师资教学水平、培训内容安排、培训大纲、课程安排、组织管理和培训教材的满意度。结果共回收有效问卷978份,有效应答率为97.8%。调查对象对培训总体情况选择满意的比例为52.6%,选择不满意的比例为9.9%。对6个具体方面评价选择满意的比例按高低排列依次为培训教材(61.7%)、培训内容(50.4%)、教学大纲(46.9%)、课程安排(42.7%)、培训组织管理(38.2%)和师资教学水平(34.2%);选择不满意的比例按高低排列依次是师资教学水平(14.3%)、培训组织管理(14.0%)、培训内容(8.9%)、教学大纲(6.9%)、培训教材(6.4%)和课程安排(5.5%)。结论全科医师岗位培训学员对岗位培训满意度较好,但也暴露出师资带教水平相对不高、培训的组织管理不到位和培训内容缺乏针对性等问题。

Abstract:Objective To comprehend the degree of satisfaction of on-the-job training of general practitioners among the trainees,to inquire into the problems of the training,and offer the basis and countermeasures for general practitioner’s training.Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 000 trainees from proportionate stratified sampling.The investigation content included the basic information of the trainees and their satisfaction on the teaching level,training content,training arrangements,outline,course arrangement,management of organization,and the training materials.Results A total of 978 effective questionnaires were collected with a effective response rate of 97.8%.Overall satisfaction was 52.6%,and the proportion of discontent was 9.9%.The proportions of satisfaction from high to low of the six specific aspects were: training materials(61.7%),training content(50.4%),training outline(46.9%),course arrangement(42.7%),management of organization(38.2%),and teaching level(34.2%);the proportions of discontent from high to low were: teaching level(14.3%),management of organization(14.0%),training content(8.9%),training outline(6.9%),training materials(6.4%),and the arrangement for courses(5.5%).Conclusion The trainees were generally satisfied with the on-the-job training.Simultaneously the dissatistaction of teaching level was exposed,and the management of organization and content of the training also had some problems.Countermeasures should be taken to improve the quality of training.
