| 中西医结合治疗骨髓增生异常综合征8例疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的临床疗效。方法:对8例骨髓增生异常综合征患者采用中药补肾解毒汤(处方:黄芪、党参、白花蛇舌草、菟丝子、补骨脂、熟地黄、重楼、黄精、三七)治疗,西药根据分型以激素及小剂量化疗治疗。结果:完全缓解2例,部分缓解3例,进步3例。治疗后外周血中血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(BPC)数均明显上升,骨髓原粒细胞比例减少,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗骨髓增生异常综合征可有效减少骨髓中幼稚细胞比例,促进骨髓正常增生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with westerm medicine(WM) for myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) . Methods: 8 cases of MDS were treated by Bushen Jiedu Tang(composed of Radix Astragali, Radix Codonopsis, Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, Semen Cuscutae, Fructus Psoraleae, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Rhizoma Paridis, Rhizoma Polygonati and Radix Notogenseng) and WM was applied accordingly. Results: 2 cases were completely relieved. 3 cases partly relieved and 3 cases improved. After treatment, the peripheral hemoglobin and blood platelet count were markedly increased, the percentage of myeloblast was reduced, the difference was significant as compared with before treatment ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: TCM combined with WM can reduce the percentage of juvenile cells in bone marrow and promote the hyperplasia of bone marrow in MDS. |
