| 摘 要： | 目的：分析总结老年胃十二指肠急性穿孔的临床特点和诊治措施。方法：通过57例老年胃十二指肠穿孔病人分析发病情况，术前诊断和手术治疗。结果：治愈52例(91．8％)，死亡5例(8．8％)，发生并发症20例(35．1％)。结论：早期诊断，早期手术，加强围手术期处理是降低并发症和死亡率的重要措施。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze and summarize the clinical characters and the diagnosis,treatment measure in elderly patients with acute perforation of stomach and duodenum.Methods:Onset preoperative diagnosis and surgical treatment of 57 elderly patients with acute perforation of stomach and duodenum were retrospectively analyzed.Results:52 patients were cured and 5 died(8.8%),20 patients(35.1%)had postoperative complications.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and early surgical treatment, Strengthening the preoperative management are important measures to reduce mortality and complications. |
