肝癌肿瘤细胞与外周血淋巴细胞体外药敏试验的相关性研究

目的 利用肝癌患者淋巴细胞与癌细胞进行化疗药物敏感测定。方法 取肝癌患者外周血和手术切取肝癌标本利用MTT法,体外检测32例患者淋巴细胞和癌细胞对10种化疗药物的敏感性。结果 淋巴细胞平均抑制率与肝癌细胞平均抑制率无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论 肝癌患者淋巴细胞化疗药敏检测对不可切肝癌选择化疗药物具有重要参考价值。

To study the correlation between in vitro chemosensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocytes and tumor cell of hepatocellular carcinoma patients

Objective Through assessing between in vitro sensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocyte and tumor cells.Methods the sensitivity of 10 kinds of anticancer drugs in the hepatocellular carcinoma patients peripheral blood lymphocyte and operate tumor specimen of 32cases with in vitro were tested by the MTT method.Results the average inhibiting rate in between peripheral blood lymphocyte and tumor cells were no difference obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion the detection of chemosensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocyte in no operate hepatocellular carcinoma patients exerts important referential value to choosing of chemotherapeutic drugs.
