医用三氧联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果

目的观察医用三氧联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法膝骨性关节炎患者100例，在膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠20mg后再注射30μg／ml的医用三氧10ml，每周1次，5周为1个疗程。结果治疗后各时点VAS评分较治疗前均下降（P〈0.05）。治疗后6个月时临床疗效结果为临床控制40例（40％），良效30例（30％），微效18例（18％），无效12例（12％），总有效率为88％（88／100例）。结论医用三氧联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射可有效治疗膝关节骨性关节炎，疗效持续时间长，无明显不良反应。

Efficacy of intra-articular injection of medical ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of medical ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred patients with knee osteoarthritis were received intra-articular 30μg/ml medical ozone 10 ml after injection of sodium hyaluronate 20 mg, once a week, five weeks for a treatment course. Results VAS was lowered at each time point after the treatment （P〈0.05）. At the sixth month after the treatment, the clinical control, good, poor and ineffective effects were 40 cases （40%）, 30 cases （30%）, 18 cases （18%） and 12 cases （12%） respectively, the total effective rate was 88% （88/100 cases）. Conclusion Intra-articular injection of medical ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate is an effective method with long efficacy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, without obvious adverse reactions.
