双氯芬酸钠栓剂联合硬膜外自控镇痛在肛周手术后镇痛的应用

目的观察双氯芬酸钠栓剂联合硬膜外自控镇痛用于肛周手术后镇痛的临床效果。方法选择拟行肛周手术患者60例，随机分为两组，每组30例。试验组术毕使用双氯芬酸钠栓剂50mg，然后行硬膜外自控镇痛；对照组术毕仅行硬膜外自控镇痛。记录术后VAS疼痛评分、患者舒适度及不良反应。结果试验组各时点VAS评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05），而舒适度评级均高于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组术后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论双氯芬酸钠栓剂联合硬膜外自控镇痛用于肛周手术后镇痛可有效缓解患者术后疼痛，效果优于单用硬膜外自控镇痛，且不良反应少。

Application of diclofenac sodium rectal suppository combined with patient-controlled epidurai analgesia for postoperative analgesia in perianal surgery

Objective To observe the effect of diclofenac sodium rectal suppository combined with patient-controlled epidural analgesia for postoperative analgesia in perianal surgery. Methods Sixty patients undergoing perianal surgery with spinal combined with epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups, each of 30 cases. At the end of operation, 50 mg diclofenac sodium was used rectally then patient-controlled epidural analgesia was performed in the experiment group （group E）. Only patient-controlled epidural analgesia was performed at the end of operation in the control group （group C）. The visual analogue scales and Bruggrmann comfort scales were recorded respectively after the operation. The adverse effects were also observed. Results VAS was significantly lower, and the Bruggrmann comfort scale were significantly higher in group E than those in group C （P〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences in adverse effects between the two groups. Conclusion Diclofenac sodium rectal suppository combined with patient-controlled epidural analgesia can effectively alleviate the pain after perianal surgery with fewer adverse effects, which is superior to patient- controlled epidural analgesia only.
