摘    要:目的 了解不同给水管材对住宅自来水水质的影响。方法 选择以镀锌铁管为供水支管的30户家庭(镀锌管组)和以聚氯乙(UPVC)管材为供水支这的且入住1年的5户家庭(UPVC组)在早期首次开启水龙头的当时以及开启后的1,3,5,8min采样水样测定浊度,色度,铁,锌含量。结果 镀锌管组早晨开启水龙头即刻,第1,3,5min水样4项指标合格率分别为10.0%,40.0%,56.67%,60.0%与出厂水样(100%)差异显著(P均<0.005),放水8min水样合格率(94.4%)与出厂水差异不显著(P>0.10)。UPVC组水样4项指标合格率(92.0%),与出厂水样差异不显著(P>0.05),与镀锌管组中入住1年的家庭的水样差异高度显著(P<0.005)。结论 镀锌铁管使用一段时间后对水质(浊度,色度,铁锌)有明显污染,而UPVC管材能显著降低这种污染。

Abstract:Objective To understand the effects of different kinds of water supply pipe material on tap water quality of residence. Methods 30 families using galvanized iron pipe (GI group) and 5 families using UPVC pipe for water supply for one year were selected, the levels of turbidity, color, iron and zinc of the tap water samples collected on the morning immediately after firstly turning on the tap, and then at the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 8th minute after turning on tap respectively were examined. Results In GI group, the qualified rates of four indexes of the water samples collected in former 4 times were 10.0%, 40.0%, 56.67% and 60.0% respectively, which were all significantly lower than that of finished water (100%) of water plant (P<0.005), the qualified rate of water sample collected at 8th minute after turning on tap (94.4%) revealed no significant difference compared with that of finished water of water plant (P>0.10). In UPVC group, the qualified rate of 4 indexes of water sample (92.0%) revealed no significant difference compared with that of the finished water of water plant (P>0.05), and revealed highly significant difference compared with those of water samples collected from families of GI group with 1_year residential history (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of galvanized iron pipe for a certain period could induce significant tap water pollution and deteriorate the water quality indexes such as turbidity, color, iron and zinc, which could be decreased by the application of UPVC pipe for water supply significantly.
