| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺分叶状肿瘤的临床诊断、治疗及预后的关系。方法：回顾分析我院收治的8例（14例次）乳腺分叶状肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果：14例次患者的平均年龄43.5岁,按WHO（2003年）分类标准,其中5例次良性,3例次交界性,6例次恶性;5例次局部扩大切除术,7例次单纯乳腺皮下切除术,1例次单纯乳腺皮下切除术加植皮术;1例次行肿瘤及胸大小肌切除术。8例患者全部随访,平均随访时间30个月（2～60个月）,共有6例次局部复发,1例骨转移及肺转移。结论：乳腺分叶状肿瘤的首选治疗方法是手术,复发患者仍然首选手术,出现远处转移可考虑辅助放化疗。
