| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳管镜对乳头溢液性疾病的诊断与治疗。方法：运用乳管镜对2009年7月～2010年10月在我院就诊的150例乳头溢液患者进行检查诊断,手术病例与术后病理诊断作对比分析。结果：150例均成功检查,镜检诊断为乳腺癌3例,导管内乳头状瘤62例,术后病理诊断符合率分别为66.7%（2/3）、88.7%（55/62）;诊断为乳管扩张症伴乳管炎85例,行乳管药物灌洗后乳管溢液得到明显好转或根治。结论：乳管镜能够更直观准确的明确乳头溢液病因,确定病变范围及部位,是乳头溢液的首选检查方法,可使乳管炎与乳管扩张症患者免于手术;是术前诊断以乳头溢液为主要表现的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤和导管内癌的有效手段。
