鞍山市医疗卫生系统禁烟现状及建议

目的了解鞍山市医疗卫生系统吸烟的现状,为进一步实现医疗卫生机构全面禁烟提供基础资料和建议。方法采用问卷调查和现场指导相结合的方法,对鞍山市55家二级以上医疗卫生机构进行禁烟情况问卷调查和现场指导检查。结果鞍山市医疗卫生机构总体吸烟率为16.16%,有关禁烟的宣传培训工作做得比较到位;其中4个城区吸烟率为16.06%,3个县（市）的吸烟率为16.57%,县（市）的吸烟率与城区相比差异无统计学意义。结论鞍山市医疗卫生机构吸烟率仍较高,禁烟情况不均衡,部分县区级医疗卫生机构对禁烟工作重视不够,禁烟宣传教育不到位,烟草控制面临巨大挑战,应建立控烟的长效机制,采取有针对性的措施,有效的实现鞍山市医疗卫生系统全面禁烟。

Present Situation and Suggestions of Smoking Ban in Medical System of Anshan City
