汕头市716例机关企事业单位老年人肾功能相关指标的检测结果

目的了解汕头市机关企事业单位离、退休正常老年人血液肾功能相关指标的变化的趋势。方法检测总例数为716例(男性558例,女性158例)61岁以上的老年人的血清尿素(UR)、血清肌酐(Cr)和血清尿酸(UA)。男、女各分为61岁～、71岁～和81岁以上3组做统计分析。结果 UR:男性61岁～和71岁～的均值高于同年龄组女性,差异有统计学意义(分别是t=4.200,P<0.01和t=2.000,P<0.05);81岁～组女性的均值偏高于同年龄组男性,差异无统计学意义(t=1.310,P>0.05);同性之间高年龄组的均值高于低年龄组,呈现Urea随着年龄增加而升高的规律。Cr:3个年龄组男性的均值高于女性,差异有统计学意义(t值分别是24.97、11.26、6.622,均P<0.01);同性之间显示Cr随着年龄的增加而升高。UA:男性61岁～和71岁～的均值高于同年龄组女性,差异有统计学意义(t值分别是9.887、4.769,均P<0.01);81岁～组女性的均值偏高于同年龄组男性,差异无统计学意义(t=0.566,P>0.05);同性之间男性各组无差异,女性随着年龄的增加而升高,其中高UA状况以女性升高明显,由低龄组到高龄组依次是20.6%、34.6%和47.4%。结论汕头市机关企事业的老年人的UR、Cr和UA总体上随着年龄的增加而升高,男女之间的差异(男高女低)随着年龄的增加逐渐减小,女性在81岁～后各指标升高尤为明显,致UR和UA的平均水平偏高于男性。女性高UA血症在71岁～后明显增加。

Detection Results of Renal Function Parameters among 716 Old People from Offices, Enterprises and Institutions in Shantou City

Objective]To learn the changing trend of blood and renal function parameters among normal retired people from offices,enterprises and institutions in Shantou city.Methods]The levels of serum urea（UR）,serum creatinine（Cr） and urea acid（UA） were tested in 716 old people over 61 years old.716 people（558 male and 158 female） were divided into 61～70 years old group,71～80 years old group and the above 81 years group.Results]UR：The mean values of 61～70 years old group and 71～80 years old group in male were higher than that of same age groups in female significantly（t=4.200,P0.01and t=2.000,P0.05）.The mean values of above 81 years group in female was higher than that in male,but the difference was not significant（t=1.310,P0.05）.In same sex group,the mean values of high age group were higher than low age group,which showed the UR level increased with age.Cr：The mean values of three groups in male were higher than that in female significantly（t=24.97,11.26 and 6.622,P0.01 all）.In same sex group,the Cr level increased with age.UA：The mean values of 61～70 years old group and 71～80 years old group in male were higher than that of same age group in female significantly（t= 9.887 and 4.769,P0.01 both）.The mean values of above 80 years group in female was higher than that in male,but the difference was not significant（t =0.566,P0.05）.In male group,there was no significant difference among three age groups.In female group,UA level increased with age.The percent of increase in female group from low age group to high age group was 20.6%,34.6% and 47.4%.Conclusion]The levels of UR,Cr and UA in old people from offices,enterprises and institutions in Shantou city increased with age.The difference between male and female（the parameters levels of male was higher than that of female） decreased with age.The parameters of above 81 years group in female increased significantly,and the average levels of UR and UA in female were higher than that in male.The incidence of hyperuricemia increased obviously in female above 71 years old.
