| 摘 要： | 妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）是常见的产科并发症,对母儿危害较大,严重影响母婴安全故早期诊断,及时治疗非常重要。GDM的治疗包括饮食治疗,药物治疗,妊娠期糖尿病酮症酸中毒的治疗,运动疗法,基因治疗等多种治疗干预方法。治疗的关键在于控制GDM患者血糖在正常或接近正常范围,减少围生期并发症的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) is a common obstetric complication,which has serious harm to mother and infant.Because GDM seriously affected the safety of mother and infant,early diagnosis and timely treatment are very important.The treatment of GDM includes diet therapy,drug therapy,treatment for GDM ketoacidosis,exercise therapy,gene therapy and so on.The key of treatment is control of blood glucose with normal or almost normal level,reduce the perinatal complications. |
