| 经尿道前列腺剜除术与电切术的疗效比较 | |

| 摘 要： | [目的]应用经尿道前列腺剜除术(TERP)治疗前列腺增生,并同时与应用经尿道前列腺电切术(Transurethral resection of the prostate,TURP)治疗前列腺增的疗效作比较。[方法]64例BPH患者根据入院先后顺序随机分为观察组(经尿道前列腺剜除术,TERP)和对照组(经尿道前列腺电切术,TURP)两组,每组32例,观察比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、腺体切除量、导尿管留置时间、术后住院时间;并发症:低血钠、尿失禁、继发出血及尿道狭窄;国际前列腺症状IPSS、生活质量评分QOL、最大尿流率Qmax、膀胱残余尿PUV。[结果]观察组患者手术所用时间、术中出血量少、腺体切除量、导尿管留置时间、术后住院时间均明显少于对照组(P﹤0.05)。对照组发生低血钠的发生率(37.5%)明显高于观察组(9.34%)(P﹤0.05)。两组术后IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PUV均较术前IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PUV明显改善(P﹤0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义。[结论]与应用经尿道前列腺电切术比较,经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗BPH具有手术时间短,术中出血少,术后并发症少等优点,值得广泛推广和应用。 |
