至阳穴粗针平刺治疗单纯性肥胖症33例

目的:观察粗针至阳穴平刺治疗单纯性肥胖症的疗效。方法:运用粗针至阳穴平刺治疗单纯性肥胖症33例,并设电针治疗35例进行比较观察。结果:粗针组痊愈23例,显效7例,有效3例,无效0例,愈显率为90.9%;电针组痊愈19例,显效8例,有效8例,无效0例,愈显率为77.1%。两组比较无显著差异。结论:至阳穴粗针疗法与电针疗法疗效相当,可作为治疗单纯性肥胖病的有效方法进一步观察。

Observation of Acupuncture of Horizontal Needling with Bodkin Therapy in Zhi-yang on Simple Obesity,A Report of 33 Cases

Objective ：To observe the curative effect of acupuncture of horizontal needling with bodkin therapy in Zhi-yang on simple obesity. Methods ：33 cases with simple obesity were treated with acupuncture of bodkin ther- apy in Zhi-yang in treatment group, and 35 ones in control group were treated with electric acupuncture. Results-In treatment group 23 cases were recovered,7 ones excellent,3 ones effective and no one ineffective. The total effec- tive rate was 90.9%. In control group 19 cases were recovered,8 ones excellent,8 ones effective and no one inef- fective. The total effective rate was 77.1%. There was not significant difference between the two groups. Conclu- sion：Acupuncture helping weight reduction selects acupoints in spleen and stomach meridians and Ren meridlan, and and The coordinates acupoints according to syndrome differentiation. It can regulate endocrine secretion, clear meridians collaterals,promoting qi to activate blood, dissipate dampness for diuresis, and regulate spleen and stomach near future and the prostecdtive efficacy are satisfactory.
