| Abstract: | Objective To provide advice for personnel construction and management in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Briefly summarize some methods and experience in our hospital.Results and Conclusion Accelerate the intensity of the introduction of talent,strengthen preparation staff professional ability and the cultivation of the sense of responsibility,establish perfect preparation behavior norms,and the quality of Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine was effectively guaranteed based on those. |
