大黄对脓毒症的治疗作用及对血清PCT,IL-6的影响

目的:观察大黄对脓毒血症的治疗作用,结合血浆PCT及IL-6水平变化,探讨大黄的作用机制。方法:将50例入住ICU的脓毒症患者按入院时间顺序随机分为大黄组和对照组,观察两组患者APACHEII评分及血清PCT、IL-6的变化,结合患者与SIRS相关的体征等变化来统计大黄治疗有效率。结果:两组患者APACHEII评分PCT、IL-6水平:第7天大黄组IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05),而PCT水平及APACHEII评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大黄治疗组临床改善的有效率高于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大黄可有效抑制炎症因子释放,改善脓毒症患者全身炎症反应综合征表现。

The Therapeutical Effect of Rhubarb on Sepsis and PCT and IL-6

Objective ： To observe the effect of rhubarb on sepsis, and investigate its mechanism of action com- bined with PCT and IL-6 in blood plasma. Methods： 50 cases with sepsis in ICU were divided into two groups ran- domly according to admission sequence, 25 cases in each group. APACHE II score and PCT and IL-6 in blood plasma were observed in the two groups, and the effective rate of rhubarb was analyzed with statistics combined with the associated signs correlated to SIRS. Results： On the 7th day, IL-6 in treatment group was decreased ac- cording to APACHE II score, and lower than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. So was PCT, and there was signif- icant difference between the two groups （P 〈0. O1 ）. In clinic the effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, and significant difference showed also between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Rhubarb can effectively inhibit the inflammatory factor releasing, and improve the patients＇manifestation of system- ic inflammatory response syndrome.
