三联序贯通痹法治疗不同证型膝痹疗效观察

目的:观察三联序贯通痹法综合治疗不同证型膝痹患者的临床疗效。方法:选取符合诊断标准的膝痹患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例(肝肾阴虚型10例,痰瘀互结型12例,风寒湿痹型18例),和对照组40例(肝肾阴虚型9例,痰瘀互结型11例,风寒湿痹型20例),治疗组予中医特色三联序贯通痹法进行治疗,对照组予常规非甾体抗炎药美洛昔康口服,治疗4周后,参照卫生部颁布的"中药新药治疗骨性关节炎的临床研究指导原则"进行疗效判定。结果:治疗组临床控制31例,显效6例,进步2例,无效1例,显效率92.50%;对照组临床控制21例,显效7例,进步9例,无效3例,显效率70.00%;治疗组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肝肾阴虚证型两组患者疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),痰瘀互结证型及风寒湿痹证型两组患者疗效有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组患者按照中医分型治疗后风寒湿痹证型疗效最佳,其次为痰瘀互结证型,肝肾阴虚证型疗效最差。

Curative Effect Observation of Triple Order Sequential Methods for Arthralgia on Different Type of Syndrome of Knee Arthralgia

Objective type of syndrome of knee observe the curative effect of triple order sequential methods for arthralgia on different arthralgia. Methods：80 cases with knee arthralgia were divided into two groups randomly. 40 cases in treatment group included type of y/n difficiency of liver and kidney（ 10 cases）, type of phlegm accumu- lation with blood stasis（ 12 cases）, and type of wind, coldness and dampness blocking（ 18 cases）. The other 40 cases in control group included type of y/n difficiency of liver and kidney（9 cases）, type of phlegm accumulation with blood stasis （ 11 cases）, and type of wind, coldness and dampness blocking （20 cases）. Treatment group was treated with triple order sequential methods for of routine non-steroidal anti-inflammato arthralgia, and control group was treated with meloxicam, which was a kind ry drug. After 4 weeks the curative effects were observed and evaluated ac-cording to Guiding Principle of Clinical Research on New Chinese Medicine for Treatment of Osteoarthritis. Re- suits：In treatment group 31 cases were recovered ,6 ones excellent,2 ones effective, and one ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.5%. In control group 21 cases were recovered,7 ones excellent,9 ones effective, and 3 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 70.0%. The general effect in treatment group was better than that in controlgroup（ P 〈0.05）. But there was not significant difference between the two groups of type of yin difficiency of liver and kidney（ P 〉0.05 ） ,and there was significant difference between the two groups of type of phlegm accumulation with blood stasis （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and so was type of wind, coldness and dampness blocking （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： After treatment the effect of type of phlegm accumulation with blood stasis was the best in treatment group, then that of type of phlegm accumulation with blood stasis, and then that of yin difficiency of liver and kidney.
