血必净注射液结合常规处理治疗老年脓毒症疗效观察

目的:观察血必净注射液治疗老年脓毒症患者的疗效。方法:选择我院重症监护病房确诊的老年脓毒症患者51例作为研究对象,随机分成常规治疗组和血必净治疗组,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:血必净治疗组患者APACHEⅡ评分明显下降,机械通气时间和ICU住院时间缩短,28天病死率明显降低,与常规治疗组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液对老年脓毒症患者有较好的疗效,而且该药系纯中药制剂,毒副作用小,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Injection of Xue-bi-jing on Senile Sepsis

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Injection of Xue-bi-jing on senile sepsis. Methods ： 51 cases with senile sepsis were divided into two groups randomly. There were 25 cases in treatment group, and 26 ones in control group. Results ： APACHE U score was decreased in treatment group, the time of mechanical venti- lation and staying in ICU was shortened, and the case fatality rate within 28 days was cut down remarkably. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Injection of Xue-bi-jing has good effect on senile sepsis. It is the pure Chinese drugs preparation with little toxic and side effect, and worthy of generaliza- tion in clinical application.
