| 摘 要： | 进修医生和临床实习生为教学医院两个相对独立的被教育实体,却有着密切联系。正确认识进修医生在临床实习生实习过程中扮演的角色,并加以适当引导与利用,充分发挥其在临床实践教学中的作用,对改善当前临床实习质量下滑的现状有重要应用价值,也是对当前教学医院临床带教师资的重要补充。 |

| Abstract: | There is a close connection between trainee doctors and interns, who are the two relatively separate educated entities in teaching hospitals. It is important to recognize and utilize the role of trainee doctors in clinical practice teaching so as to improve the quality of clinical practice and make them serve as a supplement to teachers of teaching hospitals. |
