摘    要:
目的探讨CT引导下臭氧(O3)髓核溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。方法27例患者,腰背痛及下肢放射性麻痛,经CT或MRI证实为腰椎间盘突出症,在CT引导下采用20G穿刺针穿刺至椎间盘,实施盘内注射10—20ml,O3浓度为60μg/ml;椎旁间隙注射10ml,O3浓度为40μg/ml。结果根据MacNab标准随访1~9个月,总有效率为70.4%。显效7例(25.9%),有效12例(44.4%),无效8例(29.6%),无任何严重并发症发生。结论CT引导下O3髓核溶解术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种安全、有效的方法。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of CT-guided ozone nucleolysis in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods 27 patients who had low back pain and tingling in the lower limb and had been diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation by CT or MRI scans were administered intradiscal injctions of 60μg/ml ozone of 10 to 20 ml and paraspinal injections of 40μg/ml ozone of 10 ml with a 20G puncture needle under CT guiding. Results All the patients were followed up for 1 to 9 months after treatment according to the MacNab criteria. The overall efficacy was 70.4%. 7 patients (25.9%) had a good response, 12 (44.4%) had a fair response, and 8 (29.6%) failed in the treatment. No serious complications occurred. Conclusions CT-guided ozone nucleolysis is an effective and safe procedure for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
