老年肺结核患者治疗效果及影响因素分析

目的：探讨老年肺结核患者治疗效果及影响治疗的因素分析,为结核病的防治提供依据。方法：选取我院2008年6月-2013年6月期间60岁以上的患者960例为研究对象,分别搜集治疗成功的和不成功患者的基本特征和诊疗情况,对可能影响治疗结局的相关因素进行单因素χ^2检验和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果：960例患者中治愈720例,治愈率达到75%。经单因素分析显示,住址、职业、文化程度、有无合并症等与治疗结局有关;经多因素回归分析显示,农村人口、文化程度低、缺乏督导、治疗依从性和对抗结核药物耐药等因素可使涂阳肺结核患者的治疗不成功风险显著增高。结论：老年肺结核的治疗需要及时参加,提高治疗的依从性,有效的定期随访、合理的搭配用药以及有效的督导,有助于提高老年肺结核患者的治愈率。

Analysis of Factors in Treatment of Senile Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients and the Influence Effect

Objective：To investigate the treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis patients and the influence factors of the effect of treatment,and provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.Methods：Patients in our hospital from 2008 June to 2013 June during the 60 years old in 960 cases as the research object,collected respectively for successful and unsuccessful basic features and diagnosis and treatment of patients,the relevant factors which may affect the treatment outcome of Logistic univariateχ^2 test and multiple regression analysis.Results：720cases were cured in 960 patients,the cure rate reached 75%.The single factor analysis showed that,address,occupation,cultural degree,with no complications related to treatment outcome;multivariate regression analysis showed,the rural population,low educational level,lack of supervision,treatment compliance and anti tuberculosis drug resistance and other factors can make the treatment of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients was significantly increased the risk of failed.Conclusion：The treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis need in time,improve treatment compliance,effective follow-up,reasonable with medicine and effective supervision,help to improve the cure rate of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
